A Product Launch Agency for New Products and Collections
As a product launch agency, we plan the weeks before, the day of and the weeks after a new product or collection goes live. We build waitlists, line up content and ads, and run the launch day calendar across email, SMS, social and your store. After launch, we turn early buyers into reviews and repeat orders.

What launch planning covers
A launch is a short burst of attention that you need to be ready for. Ads go live, emails go out and creators post at the same time. If the product page is thin, stock runs out unannounced or the site slows down, the attention goes to waste.
We treat a launch as a project with a timeline, owners and a checklist. That works for a single hero product, a seasonal collection, a limited drop or a restock of something that sold out.
Before launch: waitlists, assets and audiences
Most of the work happens before anyone can buy.
- Waitlist and early access – A notify-me page, email and SMS sign-up and an early access window for the people most likely to buy.
- Content and photography – Product photos, lifestyle images and short videos planned for the product page, ads and social.
- Product page and feed – Copy, sizing, FAQs and shipping details ready, with the product loaded into your Shopping feeds ahead of time.
- Creator seeding – Products sent to creators who fit the brand, with clear FTC disclosure rules for any paid or gifted posts.
- Audiences and ads – Lists of past buyers, waitlist sign-ups and lookalikes prepared, with ads approved before launch day.
Launch day, hour by hour
We write a launch day run sheet with times, owners and checks. Early access goes out first, to the waitlist and best customers. The wider email and SMS sends follow, spaced so your site and support team can handle the traffic.
Paid ads switch on as the product goes live, and we watch spend, stock and site speed through the day. Customer service gets answers to the likely questions in advance. If a size or color sells out, we update ads and messages quickly, so you do not pay to send people to an empty page.
After launch: reviews, restocks and lessons
The weeks after launch decide whether a product keeps selling. We send post-purchase messages that help buyers use the product, then ask for reviews and photos once it has arrived. Back-in-stock alerts capture demand for sold-out variants.
We then write a short retrospective. It covers what sold, which channels and creators drove sales, what it cost per order and what to change next time. Those lessons feed your next launch and your ongoing retention marketing program.
Pre-orders and shipping promises
Pre-orders can test demand and fund inventory, but they come with rules. The FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires you to ship within the time you state. If you state no time, you must ship within 30 days. If you cannot ship on time, you must tell buyers and give them the option to cancel for a refund.
We write pre-order pages and emails that state ship dates clearly and plan delay notices in advance, just in case.
Pricing and choosing a product launch marketing agency
You get a clear price in your free proposal, after we look at your goals. Ad spend, creator fees and product samples are paid separately.
See our Kay Properties case study. We will not promise a sell-out or a set number of orders. Demand depends on the product, price and timing. We promise a clear plan, fast decisions on the day and an honest review afterward. Launches are one part of our ecommerce marketing services.

FAQ
Product Launch Agency: questions
The earlier the better, especially if you need a photo shoot, creator seeding or a waitlist. Photography and creator content take the longest. Tell us your launch date and we will build the timeline back from it.
Yes. Collection launches need more content and a clear story across the products. We usually pick one or two hero items to lead the ads and let the rest sell through the collection page.
Yes. We set up pre-order pages, messages and ship date wording that follow FTC rules. We also plan what to send if production or shipping is delayed.
Price depends on the run-up length, channels and content. Ad spend and creator fees are separate.
We look at where shoppers drop off, from ad clicks to product page to checkout. Often the fix is a clearer page, a different hero image or a new audience. We agree on decision points in advance, so changes happen quickly.
