Accessibility statement

Our goal
We want everyone to be able to use mandato.agency, including people who use a screen reader, only a keyboard, zoom or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
How this site is built
Every page is plain HTML, built before it is published, so its content works without waiting for JavaScript. That helps screen readers and search engines alike.
Pages have one main heading and headings in order, a “Skip to content” link, text alternatives for images, and labelled form fields. Question-and-answer sections and sliders follow the W3C’s WAI-ARIA authoring patterns, so they work with a keyboard and a screen reader.
How we tested
On 18 October 2026 we tested our main page types (home, services, pricing, contact, case studies, industry and blog pages) with axe-core 4.10, which checks the automated WCAG 2.2 level A and AA rules, and with the W3C Nu HTML Checker. The tested pages had no automated accessibility violations and no HTML errors.
On 19 October 2026 we also tested by hand: using only a keyboard, at 320 pixels wide, and with enlarged text spacing. We fixed what we found, including a visible focus ring, a Pause button for the moving testimonials, larger slider dots, a services menu that opens with the keyboard and closes with Escape, and clearer form field borders.
Conformance status
Partially conformant. We have not yet tested with screen readers (such as NVDA and VoiceOver) or had an independent audit, so we don't yet claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance.
Known limitations
Screenshots of client results and of Google search results are pictures of other tools. Their key facts are in the captions and alt text, but small text inside the pictures can be hard to read.
