Who we are

Information we collect
When you ask for a proposal, we collect your name and email address, and anything else you choose to share, such as your company, website, budget and message.
Our web host (Hostinger) and Cloudflare, which protects this website, keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security.
Only if you allow analytics: Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, records how you use this website, such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your type of device and your approximate location.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and prepare a proposal, because you asked us to.
To keep this website safe from attacks and misuse.
To understand how people use this website, so we can improve it. We only do this with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Cookies
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are off until you allow them. On your first visit, a banner asks for your choice. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing from Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager loads until you accept.
Necessary (always on): your cookie choice (mandato-consent) and your currency on the pricing page (mandato-currency) are saved in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us or anyone else.
Analytics (only if you allow it): Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which last up to 2 years. They count visits and show how the website is used.
Marketing (only if you allow it): lets Google use data for advertising, such as measuring Google Ads campaigns.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw, we delete the Google Analytics cookies for this website. We save your choice for 12 months, then ask again.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of marketing, and marketing stays off.
You can also block cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We share it only with services that help us run this website and our email: Hostinger (web and email hosting), Cloudflare (security and speed) and Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and Fonts), or when the law requires it. Some of these services may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep proposal requests and emails for as long as we need them to reply to you and keep a record of our conversation, unless you ask us to delete them. Google Analytics keeps data for the period set in our Google Analytics account.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email [email protected].
Europe and the UK (GDPR): you can also object to how we use your information, ask us to limit it, get a copy in a portable format, and complain to your local data protection authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): you can ask what personal information we collect, and ask us to delete or correct it. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell it, and you can turn off sharing for advertising with or a Global Privacy Control signal. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): you can ask for a summary of your information, have it corrected or erased, name someone to act for you, and raise a complaint with us. If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change.
