Why your feed decides where products show
Shopping ads do not use keywords the way search ads do. Google matches a search to your products mostly through the data in your feed: titles, descriptions, categories and attributes. If your title says "Classic Tee" and shoppers search for "men's black cotton t-shirt," you may not show at all.
The same feed powers free product listings on Google, dynamic ads on Meta and catalogs on Pinterest and TikTok. One weak feed holds back every channel that uses it. One clean feed improves all of them at once.
Product feed optimization: what we change
We work through the attributes that most affect visibility and approval.
- Titles – Rewritten to lead with the words shoppers search for, such as brand, product type, gender, color, size and material.
- Identifiers – Correct GTIN, brand and MPN values, which help Google match your products to the right searches.
- Categories – Accurate Google product category and your own product type paths for cleaner campaign structure.
- Custom labels – Labels for margin, best sellers, season or price band, so ad budgets can follow profit.
- Variants – Item group IDs and size and color attributes set up so each variant links to the right page and image.
- Shipping, tax and promotions – Accurate shipping costs and delivery times, plus merchant promotions where they are allowed.
Shopping feed management across channels
Most stores need more than one feed. We manage feeds for Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, Pinterest and TikTok catalogs, plus comparison and marketplace channels where they make sense.
We work in the tools you already have, such as the native Shopify or BigCommerce channels, or a feed tool like Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, GoDataFeed or Channable. For smaller catalogs, supplemental feeds and feed rules inside Merchant Center can be enough. We recommend the simplest setup that does the job.
Once the feed is clean, our Google Shopping agency team can build campaigns on top of it.
Fixing disapprovals and account issues
Disapproved products cannot show. Common causes include price or availability that does not match the landing page, missing identifiers, image problems and shipping settings that do not cover all products.
Account-level warnings and suspensions are more serious. They often relate to misrepresentation, unclear return policies, missing contact details or checkout issues. We review your site and policies against Google's Merchant Center rules and help you fix the causes before you request a review.
We cannot promise that Google will lift a suspension or approve a specific product. We can make sure your feed and site meet the published rules and document every change.
How our feed management service works and what it costs
Step 1: We audit your feeds, diagnostics and top products by revenue. Step 2: We fix errors and warnings first, then optimize titles and attributes, starting with your best sellers. Step 3: We set up custom labels and supplemental feeds. Step 4: We monitor diagnostics weekly and update rules when your catalog changes.
You get a clear price in your free proposal, after we look at your goals. Cost depends on catalog size, the number of channels and countries, and how much title rewriting is needed.

FAQ
Product Feed Management: questions
Not always. Small catalogs can often run on the native store channel plus Merchant Center feed rules. Larger catalogs, many channels or frequent changes usually justify a dedicated tool. We recommend one only if it saves more than it costs.
At least daily, and more often if prices or stock change quickly. Price and availability must match your site, or products get disapproved. We set the schedule based on how fast your catalog changes.
It can help, because better-matched products tend to get more relevant clicks. We cannot promise a set cost per click or return. We measure impressions, clicks and conversions by product before and after changes.
Yes. We find the likely causes, fix your site, policies and feed, and help you request a review. Google makes the final decision, so we cannot promise reinstatement or a timeline.
For your top products, yes. For large catalogs, we build title rules from your attributes and then hand-edit the products that bring in the most revenue. You approve the rules before they go live.
