n8n Marketing Agency for Workflows in n8n, Zapier and Make
We are an n8n marketing agency that also builds in Zapier and Make, depending on what fits your team. We automate the repetitive work between your marketing apps, such as moving leads, syncing records and pulling reports. Every workflow gets error handling, alerts and documentation, so it keeps running after we hand it over.

Zapier, Make or n8n: picking the right tool
Zapier has the largest library of app connections and is the easiest for non-technical teams to edit. It is priced by tasks, so high-volume workflows can get expensive. It is often the right choice when your team wants to own small changes.
Make uses a visual canvas that handles branching, loops and data reshaping well. It suits workflows with many steps and conditions, and it is priced by usage.
n8n is source-available. You can run it on n8n's cloud or host it on your own servers. Self-hosting keeps data inside your infrastructure, but you take on updates, backups and security. n8n also allows custom code steps and has built-in nodes for AI models and agents. Its cloud plans are priced by workflow executions, which can favor long, multi-step workflows.
We recommend a tool after we see your apps, volume and who will maintain it.
Marketing workflows we build most often
Most projects start with the handoffs where leads or data get lost today.
- Lead capture and routing – Website forms, Facebook lead ads and LinkedIn lead forms sent to your CRM, assigned to an owner and announced in Slack.
- Data sync – Contacts, deals and purchases kept in step across your CRM, email platform and billing system.
- Source tracking – UTM parameters and ad click IDs saved with each lead, so you can see which campaigns produced real deals.
- Reporting pulls – Ad, CRM and analytics data collected into Google Sheets or BigQuery for dashboards in Looker Studio.
- Content operations – Briefs, AI drafts, approvals in Slack and publishing to your CMS, with a person signing off before anything goes live.
- Event and webinar follow-up – Registrations and attendance pushed to your email platform to start the right follow-up.
What an AI workflow automation agency adds
Plain automations follow fixed rules. AI steps can handle inputs that do not fit a rule, such as reading a free-text inquiry and deciding which team should get it.
We use AI for classifying, extracting, summarizing and drafting. We ask the model for structured output, so the next step gets predictable fields rather than loose text. Low-confidence results go to a human review queue instead of moving ahead.
AI steps can still be wrong. We test them on real past examples before launch and keep sampling results afterward. Anything customer-facing, such as an email reply, waits for a person to approve unless you have agreed it is low risk. We also track AI usage costs per run, so a busy workflow does not surprise you on the invoice.
Error handling, security and ownership
Workflows break when an app changes its API, hits a rate limit or gets bad data. We add retries, error workflows and alerts to Slack or email for every build. You hear about a failure before a lead goes missing.
We connect apps with service accounts or API keys that have only the access they need, not a staff member's personal login. Credentials stay in the platform's credential store. We keep personal data in logs to a minimum.
Your workflows live in accounts you own. Each one comes with documentation covering the trigger, each step, the owner and what happens when it fails. If you move away from us, your team or a new vendor can pick it up.
Pricing, support and handoff
You get a clear price in your free proposal, after we look at your goals. Zapier, Make, n8n and AI usage fees are billed to you by each provider.
We do not promise time or cost savings. They depend on how often the work happens and how it is done today. We record the current process before we build, so you can compare afterward.
Many workflows feed a CRM, so we often pair this work with CRM implementation. For chat or voice assistants that start workflows, see AI agents and chatbots. Browse all our AI automation services.

FAQ
n8n Marketing Agency: questions
Self-hosting makes sense if you have strict data rules or very high volume, and someone to maintain the server. Otherwise, n8n's cloud is simpler. We can set up either and explain the tradeoffs for your case.
Yes. We start with an audit of what runs, what fails and what nobody uses anymore. Then we fix, merge or retire workflows and document the ones that stay.
Yes. We rebuild each workflow, run both versions side by side on test data and switch over once the results match. We do not delete the old version until you approve.
The workflow may fail or send incomplete data. Our alerts tell us quickly, and managed support clients get fixes as part of the plan. Others are quoted per fix.
Not for most marketing workflows. If we self-host n8n or connect to an internal system, we will need someone with server or API access for setup.
