HighLevel suits businesses that want one login for leads, conversations and bookings. Texts, emails and social messages land in one inbox. Calendars, pipelines, forms and funnels are built in. Agencies can copy a full account setup to new clients with snapshots and resell the platform under their own brand.
It has limits. Reporting is basic next to dedicated BI tools. Complex B2B sales processes often fit a larger CRM better, which our CRM implementation team handles. The page builder is less flexible than a dedicated website platform. And with so many features, accounts get messy without clear naming and ownership.

Texting rules, registration and AI features
US carriers require A2P 10DLC registration for business texting from local numbers. Unregistered or poorly described campaigns get filtered or blocked. We write the registration details carefully and match them to the texts you actually send.
Marketing texts need prior express written consent under the TCPA, and every message needs a clear way to opt out. Some states also limit the hours you can send. For email, Google and Yahoo require bulk senders to authenticate their domains and offer easy unsubscribes.

You pay two separate bills. The first is your HighLevel subscription, paid to HighLevel. Plans differ by the number of sub-accounts and white-label options. Phone, texting, email and AI usage are usually billed on top, based on volume.
The second is our fee. You get a clear price in your free proposal, after we look at your goals.
We do not promise leads, bookings or time savings. We build the system, test it and show you the activity data, such as response times and booked appointments.
