Insurance Web Design for Agencies That Quote, Serve and Retain

Our insurance web design work helps independent agencies and agents build sites that win new quotes and save their staff time on service requests. People come to an insurance site for three reasons: to get a quote, to change or pay a policy, or to report a claim. Each one needs a fast, clear path.

Quotes, service and claims: three reasons people visit

Most agency sites focus only on new quotes. Yet a large share of visitors are existing clients who need an ID card, want to add a driver or have just had a fender bender. When they cannot find what they need, they call your office.

We give each task a clear home. A quote button sits in the header. A client service area lists common requests, such as certificates of insurance, policy changes and payments, with forms or links to carrier portals. A claims page lists each carrier's claims number and website, so a stressed client can report a loss at midnight without waiting for you.

That structure helps new prospects too. A site that shows how well you serve clients is a strong reason to choose you.

Pages for each line of coverage

People search by the coverage they need, so each main line gets its own page.

  • Personal lines – Auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella and flood, each explaining common coverages and what affects price.
  • Commercial lines – General liability, business owners policies, workers comp, commercial auto and professional liability, organized by industry.
  • Life and health – Term and permanent life, individual health and Medicare, with plain explanations and no promises about price.
  • Specialty coverage – Classic cars, boats, short-term rentals or niche business types that set your agency apart.
  • Local risk pages – Topics that matter in your area, such as hurricane deductibles, wildfire risk or winter driving.

Quote forms that respect clients and the rules

A long quote form scares people off. We use short first steps, such as coverage type and zip code, then ask for details once the visitor is invested. Forms can feed a comparative rater or your agency management system, such as EZLynx or Applied Epic, where they accept form data.

Quote forms also carry legal weight. If you call or text leads, the form needs clear consent language under the TCPA. Some states require your license number on advertising, and we place it in the footer. We use carrier logos only where your appointment allows it, and we avoid claims like "cheapest" or promises that everyone will be approved. Your team confirms all disclosure wording before launch.

Web design for insurance agents who sell Medicare and health plans

Medicare and health insurance bring extra rules. Agents who market Medicare Advantage or Part D plans follow CMS marketing guidelines. Third-party marketers must include the CMS disclaimer that they do not offer every plan available in the area. We add the exact language your marketing organization approves.

These lines also have hard seasons. Medicare's Annual Enrollment Period runs from October 15 to December 7. We set up seasonal pages and appointment booking ahead of each window, so your calendar fills before the rush, not during it.

Working with an insurance website designer

Step 1: We review your lines of business, carriers and the clients you want more of. Step 2: We design the home page, a coverage page and the quote flow for approval. Step 3: We write and build the site on WordPress, connect forms and booking, and test on phones. Step 4: We launch and keep plugins and forms updated through website maintenance.

You get a clear price in your free proposal, after we look at your goals. Cost depends on coverage pages, copywriting and integrations. Captive agents should check their carrier's rules first, since some limit what an agent can publish on their own site.

Insurance Web Design: questions

  • Often, yes. Many systems and raters accept leads from web forms or through an integration. We check what yours supports and test the data flow before launch.

  • Usually only for carriers you are appointed with, and following their brand rules. Some carriers provide approved logo files and wording. We use only what you are permitted to use.

  • It depends on your carrier. Some provide an agent page and limit outside sites, while others allow your own site under brand rules. Check your agreement first, and we will work within it.

  • Yes. We write coverage pages in plain language and avoid promises about price or approval. You review every page for accuracy before it goes live.
