A Website Redesign Service That Keeps What Already Works

Our website redesign service gives your business a new design and a clearer structure without throwing away the search traffic you have built. Most redesigns fail in the same places: lost URLs, missing content and forms that stop sending leads. We plan for those risks before we touch the design. You get a site that looks current, loads fast and still ranks for the pages that matter.

Signs your site needs a redesign, not a refresh

A refresh changes colors, fonts and photos. A redesign changes how the site is organized and how people move through it. You likely need the second one if visitors cannot find your main services in two clicks, if your team avoids editing the site, or if the site breaks on phones.

Other signs are slower to spot. Your CMS may be out of date and hard to patch. Old landing pages may compete with each other in search. Your forms may send leads to an inbox nobody checks. We look at all of this in a short audit before we quote, so you know which problem you are paying to fix.

What we keep, what we change

A redesign should never start from a blank page. Your current site has data, and we use it.

  • URL and traffic inventory – We crawl the old site and pull Google Search Console and analytics data to find the pages that bring in visits, links and leads.
  • Redirect map – Every old URL that changes gets a 301 redirect to its closest new page. We test the full list before and after launch.
  • Content audit – We mark each page to keep, merge, rewrite or retire, and you approve the list.
  • New structure and design – We build a new sitemap, wireframes and page designs around how your buyers actually decide.
  • Tracking carried over – Analytics, conversion events, call tracking and form routing move to the new site and get tested.

Website redesign cost and what drives it

Website redesign cost depends on how many unique page templates you need, how much content moves or gets rewritten, and whether you change platforms. Moving from a page builder to a custom WordPress theme costs more than redesigning inside the same system. Integrations with a CRM, booking tool or store also add time.

You get a clear price in your free proposal, after we look at your goals. We share website redesign pricing as a fixed quote with a written scope, so you know what is included before work starts. If the scope changes, we price the change before we do it.

Our redesign process, step by step

Step 1: Audit. We review your analytics, rankings, content and technical setup, then agree on goals. Step 2: Plan. We build the sitemap, redirect map and wireframes for key templates.

Step 3: Design. You review page designs on desktop and mobile and approve them before development. Step 4: Build. We develop the site on a staging server, move content and set up tracking. Step 5: Launch. We apply redirects, submit the new sitemap and watch Search Console for errors in the weeks after launch.

Some ranking movement after a redesign is normal. We cannot promise rankings will not shift, but a clean redirect plan keeps the risk low.

Agency, company or freelancer

A website redesign freelancer can be a good fit for a small site with a simple brief. A website redesign agency adds people who cover SEO, content, development and QA at the same time. That matters most when your current site already earns traffic you cannot afford to lose.

As a website redesign company, we put a project manager, designer and developer on your project. See our Speed Exam case study. Learn more about our full web design and development work, or see how UI/UX design research shapes a new structure.

FAQ

Website Redesign Service: questions

  • It can if URLs change without redirects or if ranking content gets cut. We map every old URL, keep or improve the content that ranks and monitor Search Console after launch. Short-term movement can still happen, so we track it and fix issues fast.

  • It depends on page count, content work and features. A small site moves faster than a large one with integrations. You get a written timeline with the quote, and the biggest variable is usually how fast content and feedback come back.

  • Yes. If your platform still fits your needs, staying on it is often cheaper. If it limits your team or has security issues, we will explain the case for moving and what it costs.

  • Not always. Many pages only need edits. We flag pages that are thin, out of date or overlapping, and we can write new copy or work with your team's drafts.

  • Access to your current site, hosting, domain, analytics and Search Console. We also need your input on goals, brand assets and a person who can approve designs and content.
