A WCAG Compliance Audit Followed by Real Fixes
Our WCAG compliance audit tests your website against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA and shows you exactly what blocks people with disabilities. Then our developers fix it. Accessibility is about whether a blind visitor can use your checkout, or a keyboard user can submit your contact form. We test for that directly, not just with a scanner.

Accessibility, the ADA and WCAG
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) bars discrimination against people with disabilities, and many businesses have faced claims that their websites are not accessible. WCAG, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, is the technical standard most often used to judge whether a site is accessible. Level AA is the common target.
WCAG 2.2 builds on 2.1 and adds criteria for things like focus visibility, touch target size and sign-in steps. We test against both. We are a website accessibility company, not a law firm. We cannot give legal advice or promise that an audit protects you from a lawsuit. We can show you where your site stands and fix the barriers we find.
What the audit covers
Our ADA website compliance audit combines automated scans with manual testing. Automated tools catch only part of the problems, so most of the work is done by people.
- Automated scan – A full-site crawl to find missing alt text, low contrast, empty links, form label issues and code errors.
- Keyboard testing – We move through menus, forms, modals and checkout using only a keyboard.
- Screen reader testing – We test key journeys with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.
- Visual and mobile checks – Zoom, reflow, color contrast, focus indicators and touch targets on phones.
- Documents and media – PDFs, video captions and audio transcripts on key pages.
From audit to fixes: our ADA website compliance service
The audit report lists each issue with the WCAG criterion it fails, where it appears, who it affects and how to fix it. Issues are ranked so you fix the barriers on your most-used pages first.
Our ADA website compliance service then puts developers on the fixes. Many issues live in shared templates, so one fix can clear hundreds of pages. After fixes, we retest and update the report. If your team does the fixes, we review their work instead.
We do not rely on overlay widgets as a fix. They do not change your underlying code, and many disabled users find them unhelpful.
Ongoing website accessibility service
Sites change every week, and new content can bring new barriers. Our ongoing website accessibility service includes scheduled scans, manual spot checks of new pages and training for your editors on alt text, headings, link text and accessible PDFs.
We can also help you publish an accessibility statement that explains your standard, your progress and how users can report problems. For new builds, we design to WCAG AA from the start through our UI/UX design process, which costs far less than fixing later.
Pricing for WCAG compliance services
Cost depends on the number of unique templates, how complex your forms and checkout are and how many documents need review. A brochure site with a few templates costs less to audit than a store or a web app with logins.

FAQ
WCAG Compliance Audit Services: questions
Many US businesses have faced ADA claims over website accessibility, and WCAG AA is the standard usually referenced. The legal details depend on your business and situation, so check with your attorney. We focus on the technical side.
WCAG 2.2 keeps nearly everything in 2.1 and adds new criteria, such as rules on visible focus, minimum target size and easier sign-in. Testing against 2.2 AA also covers most of 2.1 AA.
We do not recommend relying on one. Overlays do not fix the underlying code, and many screen reader users find they get in the way. Fixing the site itself is the more reliable path.
No. No honest provider can guarantee that. We can reduce barriers, document your work and help you show a good-faith effort, but legal outcomes are outside our control.
It depends on the number of templates and journeys in scope. We share a timeline with the quote and start with your most-used pages so you get useful findings early.
