What our Amazon account management services include
Running an Amazon account is a stream of small tasks. Each one is easy to put off and costly to miss. We handle them on a set schedule.
- Catalog and listing updates – New products, variation families, price changes and content edits, done through Seller Central or flat file uploads.
- Seller Support cases – We open, follow up and escalate cases for listing errors, missing inventory, fee disputes and catalog conflicts.
- Account health monitoring – We check the Account Health page for policy warnings, IP complaints and performance metrics, and respond before deadlines.
- Suppressed and stranded listings – We find listings that dropped out of search or lost their offer and fix the cause, such as a missing attribute or pricing error.
- Customer metrics – We track order defects, A-to-z claims, negative feedback and returns, and flag product or shipping issues behind them.
What an Amazon account manager does each week
Daily: We check account health notifications, buyer message response times, suppressed listings and stock alerts. Anything urgent goes to you the same day.
Weekly: We review open cases, catalog changes, pricing and the Buy Box status of your top products. We also check for unwanted changes to your listings by other sellers.
Monthly: We report on sales, fees, account health and open issues, then agree on priorities for the next month. Your Amazon account manager joins a call with your team to walk through it.
This work needs user permissions in your Seller Central account. You add us as a user, so you keep ownership and can remove access at any time.
Amazon seller central management and Vendor Central support
Third-party sellers use Seller Central. You set prices, own inventory and either ship orders yourself or use FBA. Our Amazon seller central management covers all of that account work.
First-party vendors sell wholesale to Amazon through Vendor Central. Amazon sends purchase orders and sets the retail price. Vendor work is different: we review purchase orders, catalog data, chargebacks and shortage claims, and help with cost and promotion requests.
Some brands run both, known as a hybrid model. We help you decide which products belong in each account so you keep control of pricing where it matters.
Pricing for Amazon store management
You get a clear price in your free proposal, after we look at your goals. Cost depends on the number of active ASINs, how often your catalog changes, the number of marketplaces and whether you sell through Seller Central, Vendor Central or both.
Amazon's own selling fees are separate and paid by you directly.
How account work connects to ads, inventory and protection
Account health affects everything else. A listing that is suppressed cannot be advertised, and a product that runs out of stock loses sales history. That is why we share notes with your Amazon PPCand Amazon FBA teams if you use them.
We do not promise that Amazon will approve every case or never flag your account. Amazon makes those decisions. We commit to fast responses, clear records and a plan for each issue. See our full Amazon and marketplace services.

FAQ
Amazon Account Management: questions
The Individual plan charges $0.99 for each item sold and suits sellers with low volume. The Professional plan costs $39.99 per month and adds tools such as bulk listing, ads access and Buy Box eligibility. Most brands that hire an agency use the Professional plan.
You pay a selling plan fee and a referral fee on each sale, which varies by category. FBA adds fulfillment and storage fees, and ads are paid separately. We review these fees each month so you can see your margin after Amazon's cut.
We ask for user permissions that match the work, set by you in Seller Central. You remain the account owner. You can change or remove our access at any time.
A suspension needs a written appeal, which is a separate project. See our Amazon brand protection and reinstatement(/marketplace-marketing/amazon-reinstatement/) service. Once the account is active again, ongoing management helps lower the risk of a repeat.
After that, the service continues month to month.
