Med Spa Web Design That Fills Your Appointment Book
Our med spa web design work builds sites that make it easy to pick a treatment and book it in a few taps. Most med spa clients arrive from Instagram, a friend's tip or a search for a treatment near them. They already know what they want, or close to it. Your site should confirm the price, the provider and the open times, then get out of the way.

Booking is the main event
For most med spas, a booked appointment is the goal of nearly every page. We place your booking tool, such as Boulevard, Vagaro, Zenoti or Mangomint, where people look for it: in the header, on each treatment page and at the end of every article.
We split first visits into two paths. Clients who know what they want can book a treatment directly, with a deposit if you require one. Clients who are unsure can book a consultation instead. That keeps your injectors' time for treatments and still serves new clients who have questions.
We test the booking flow on phones from start to finish, because a booking widget that loads slowly or breaks on mobile costs real appointments.
A treatment menu people can actually read
Med spa menus often grow into long lists of brand names. New clients do not always know the difference between a neurotoxin and a filler. We organize your menu two ways.
- By concern – Fine lines, volume loss, sun damage, unwanted hair, acne scars. Each concern page points to the treatments that address it.
- By treatment – Injectables, laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, facials and body treatments, each with its own page.
- Price guidance – Price per unit, per syringe, per session or a starting price, shown the way you actually charge.
- Downtime and aftercare – What to expect in the first days, written with your provider so it matches what you tell clients.
- Who performs it – Provider names and credentials, such as RN, NP, PA or MD, for each treatment.
Memberships, packages and monthly specials
Repeat visits keep a med spa healthy. Your site should make it simple to join a membership, buy a series package or grab a gift card.
We build a membership page that explains monthly cost, what is included and how to cancel, in plain words. Gift cards and packages connect to your booking platform or a store. Monthly specials sit on one page your front desk can update without a developer, and we can build matching offer pages through our landing page design team for social ads.
If you take part in manufacturer loyalty programs, such as Allē or Aspire, we link to them so clients can redeem points.
Medical claims, brand names and consent
A med spa offers medical treatments, and the copy should reflect that. We describe treatments in line with how the products and devices are approved or cleared by the FDA, and we avoid promising results. Brand names like Botox and Juvederm are trademarks, so we use them accurately and follow the manufacturer's guidelines.
State rules on who can perform and supervise treatments vary. We list your medical director and provider credentials as you supply them. Before-and-after photos appear only with each client's written consent for marketing use. Your medical director signs off on clinical pages before launch.
Website design for med spa owners: steps and cost
Step 1: We review your treatment list, booking platform and the clients you want more of. Step 2: We design the home page, a treatment page and the menu for approval. Step 3: We write, build and connect booking, gift cards and analytics. Step 4: We test, launch and train your front desk to update specials.
You get a clear price in your free proposal, after we look at your goals. Cost depends on the number of treatment pages, copywriting, photography and integrations.
We will not promise a set number of bookings. We will make booking easy and show you which pages lead to appointments. See all our web design services.

FAQ
Med Spa Web Design: questions
Boulevard, Vagaro, Zenoti and Mangomint all work well, and the best fit depends on how your team runs the day. We work with the system you have and make it easy to reach from every page.
Many clients look for price before they book. Showing a price per unit or a starting price builds trust and cuts down on price-only calls. You decide what to show.
Yes, with written consent from each client for marketing use. We build a gallery your team can update, and we do not retouch results.
Yes, if your booking or billing platform supports memberships online. If not, we build a signup form that sends details to your front desk to set up.
Our social media advertising(/social-media-advertising/) team runs ads that point to the treatment and offer pages we build. You can use either service on its own.
