Landscaping Website Design That Works in Every Season

Our landscaping website design work builds sites for landscape companies that sell design-build projects, ongoing grounds care, or both. Your work is visual, seasonal and local. Your site should show your best projects, match what customers need at each time of year and screen out jobs that are too small or too far away.

Design-build, maintenance and snow on one site

Many landscape companies run what are really two or three businesses. Design-build sells large one-time projects like patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens and plantings. Maintenance sells recurring contracts for mowing, pruning, mulching and cleanups. In colder regions, snow and ice management keeps crews working through winter.

Each has a different buyer and sales cycle. A homeowner planning a backyard project may research for months and compare portfolios. A property manager or HOA board wants a reliable maintenance contract and proof of insurance. We give each line its own section, with its own pages, photos and forms, so neither crowds out the other.

A portfolio that sells large projects

For design-build work, your portfolio is the sales pitch. We build a project gallery your team can add to from a phone. Each project can show before and after photos, drone shots, materials used, plant lists and a short story about the client's goal.

Filters by project type, such as patios, walls, lighting or water features, help people find work like what they want. We leave out street addresses to protect your clients' privacy. Projects can link to related service pages, so a visitor who likes a paver patio can read about your design process and request a consultation.

If you charge for design consultations, we explain the fee and how it applies to the project, so leads arrive with the right expectations.

Your year, built into the site

Landscaping demand follows the calendar. Your office can switch the home page focus and feature different pages as the year moves.

  • Late winter – Design consultations and project booking before the spring rush fills your schedule.
  • Spring – Cleanups, mulch, irrigation start-ups and new maintenance contracts.
  • Summer – Mowing, watering advice, lighting installs and outdoor living projects.
  • Fall – Leaf cleanup, aeration and seeding, planting and irrigation winterization.
  • Winter – Snow and ice contracts, ideally signed in the fall, plus holiday lighting if you offer it.

Estimate requests that save site visits

Driving to every lead costs time and fuel. A good landscaping web design project includes an estimate form that does some qualifying first. It asks the service type, property address, rough size, budget range for projects and a photo upload. A short note on your service area and minimum project size filters out jobs you would turn down anyway.

Forms can feed your business software, such as LMN, Aspire or Jobber, where they support it. If you hold pesticide or fertilizer applicator licenses, we list them, along with insurance details that commercial clients ask for.

How we work, pricing and honest limits

Step 1: We review your services, service area, best projects and the jobs you want more of. Step 2: We design a home page, a service page and the portfolio for approval. Step 3: We build on WordPress or a hosted platform through our Squarespace and Wix design service, then connect forms and tracking. Step 4: We test on phones and launch before your busy season.

You get a clear price in your free proposal, after we look at your goals. Cost depends on page count, portfolio setup, copywriting and integrations.

We do not promise rankings or a full spring schedule. We will give you a site that shows your work and qualifies leads. See all our web design services.

  • Yes. We build a snow page with service options, a contract request form and a note on deadlines. Many companies push it in the fall, before the first storm.
