Electrician Web Design That Sells the Jobs You Want More Of

Our electrician web design work builds sites for licensed electrical contractors who want more of the right jobs, not just more calls. A homeowner asking about a Level 2 EV charger is a very different lead from one with a dead outlet. Your site should attract the work you are best at and filter out the rest.

The jobs your website should be selling

Most electrician sites list twenty services in one paragraph. That does little for the customer or for search. We give your higher value jobs their own pages, each written around the questions people ask before they hire.

  • Panel upgrades – Why older 100 amp panels struggle with new loads, what an upgrade involves and how permits and utility coordination work.
  • EV charger installs – Level 2 charger options, panel capacity checks and what to know about utility or manufacturer programs, with links to the source.
  • Standby generators – Sizing, transfer switches, fuel type and maintenance, plus any brand dealer status you actually hold.
  • Rewiring older homes – Knob and tube, aluminum branch wiring and ungrounded outlets, explained for buyers and owners of older houses.
  • Commercial work – Tenant build-outs, lighting retrofits and service calls for property managers and general contractors.

Urgent calls with safety first

Some electrical problems cannot wait, and some are not yours to handle. Your urgent service page should say both.

We write a short block at the top: if you smell burning or see smoke, leave and call 911. For a downed power line or a full outage in the area, call the utility. For a breaker that keeps tripping, a warm outlet or half the house without power, call you. A tap-to-call button stays on screen on phones.

This helps customers in a stressful moment, and it shows them you put their safety ahead of a service call. If you do not offer after-hours work, we say so clearly and offer a next-day booking instead.

Homeowners, home sale deadlines and contractors

Electricians hear from three main groups. Homeowners want upgrades, repairs and fixtures installed. Buyers, sellers and real estate agents need fixes after a home inspection, often with a closing date looming. General contractors and property managers want reliable crews and quick quotes.

We give each group a clear entry point. A page for inspection repairs can ask for the report upload and the closing date. A commercial page can show insurance details, project photos and a bid request form. Each form goes to the right inbox so the right person replies.

License, permits and the trust details customers check

Many states require electrical contractors to show a license number in their advertising, and customers look for it. We put your license number, insurance details and any bonding in your footer and on your about page. We explain that you pull permits where your local code requires them, which tells customers you do the work by the book.

We also show real people. Photos of your electricians, trucks and clean panel work build more trust than stock images. Reviews link to your Google Business Profile and other review sites you use.

Seasonal pages can be added as your work shifts, such as generator content before storm season or holiday lighting in the fall.

Building your site, and what it costs

Step 1: We list the jobs and towns you want to grow in. Step 2: We design a home page and one service page for your approval. Step 3: We write and build the site on WordPress, connect call tracking and booking, and test on phones. Step 4: We launch and offer website maintenance for updates and security.

You get a clear price in your free proposal, after we look at your goals. Cost depends on page count, copywriting and integrations with tools like ServiceTitan or Jobber.

We will not promise rankings or a set number of calls. See all our web design services.

FAQ

Electrician Web Design: questions

  • Price depends on how many service and town pages you need, whether we write the copy and how booking connects. You get a fixed quote before we begin.

  • Usually one site works, with separate sections for each audience. A separate site can make sense if your commercial division has its own brand and sales team.

  • Dedicated pages give those jobs a better chance to show up in search and convert when people land on them. Results also depend on your reviews, profile and local competition, so we do not promise a set volume.

  • Yes. We add it to the footer and about page, and anywhere your state requires it. You confirm the exact format your licensing board expects.

  • Yes. We can add a photo upload to your quote form so your team sees the panel or fixture before quoting. Files go to your inbox or field service tool.
