Start with how the piece gets used

A brochure left on a hotel front desk does a different job than a leave-behind after a sales meeting. The first is read cold by strangers. The second reminds a warm prospect of what you discussed.

Before we design, we ask who gets the piece, when they get it and what you want them to do next. Those answers decide length, format and how much detail goes in.

We can edit the copy you have or write it from scratch. Many pieces now live mostly as PDFs, so we also build digital versions with working links, screen-friendly sizes and file sizes small enough for email.

Print production details we handle

Print mistakes cost more than design changes. We set up files in CMYK with bleed and safe margins, embed or outline fonts and use images at print resolution.

Folded brochures need panels of slightly different widths so the folds line up. We use your printer's template whenever one exists. We also help you choose paper weight and finish, such as matte, gloss or soft-touch coating.

Direct mail has its own rules. USPS sets size, thickness and address-area requirements for postcards and EDDM pieces, so we design to current USPS specs. We can request quotes from printers we know or send files straight to yours.

Keeping a sales kit consistent

Collateral is often made piece by piece over years, by different people. The result is a folder where the brochure, the one-pager and the trade show banner look unrelated.

We set shared rules for the whole set: a grid, type sizes, photo style, and where the logo and contact details sit. New pieces then start from a template instead of a blank page.

We also keep a simple list of every piece, its owner and the date it was last updated. Old prices and phone numbers on printed material are easy to prevent once someone is tracking them.

Flyer design services and infographic design services

Flyers are fast and focused. Most carry one message, one date and one clear next step. If you run regular events or promotions, we build editable templates so your team can change dates and details without a designer.

Infographics take more planning. You supply the data and its sources, and we turn it into something people can understand at a glance. We do not invent figures or round them to look better, and we show sources on the graphic. You get sizes for your blog, social posts and print.
